• To provide the Parcela platform and its features to you.

• To generate investor-facing reports and documents on behalf of syndicators.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database storage and authentication (supabase.com).
• Resend — transactional email delivery (resend.com).
• Vercel — web hosting and deployment (vercel.com).

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy practices and security standards.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication is handled by Supabase, which uses industry-standard practices including bcrypt password hashing and JWT session tokens. Access to investment data is scoped per syndicator — investors can only view their own holdings.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
